The official language is Portuguese.

The Love camera was first developed in 1973 by a Canadian company that originally called it the "Lure", selling it under the name "Love" in the United States. The camera was sold to the Brazilian manufacturer Sonora Industrial in 1981. While the company made a few improvements, the basic design remained simple.
