Biographical history

Charles S. Temple worked at Ryerson starting in 1951 when he was appointed Bursar. He was appointed the Director of Business starting in 1952 and held that position, in its various incarnations, until he was appointed the Dean of External Programs in 1970-1971.

Included in the file is correspondence regarding staffing, hotel school in Columbo, Sri Lanka, a name tag and conference materials for the Society of Industrial Accountants of Canada golden anniversary conference, and a letter from Charles Temple to the Ryerson Community regarding his leaving Ryerson to work with Hotel School in Jamaica for Ryerson and C.I.D.A.
