Ryer's Inn 1983 - An Evening of Southern Hospitality
Sub-series contains materials created for the 3rd annual Ryer's Inn - "An Evening of Southern Hospitality" held February 26, 1983. Included are videotapes of the night's activities, press kits, a programme, and photographs and printed materials regarding previous years' events.
Colour and black and white oversized photographs of students and staff in the Hospitality classrooms, labs, event spaces, and dining rooms.
Program Evaluation/Program Review reports
Sub-series consists of reports created for the purpose of reviewing Ryerson's Hospitality program. Included are Program Evaluation reports and Program Review reports.
International Living Learning Centre
Sub-series contains records related to Hospitality in conjunction with Ryerson's International Living Learning Centre.
The International Dining Room was a facililty for third year hospitality students to demonstrate their management and culinary skills. The room was open September to May and served lunch, from various regions and countries, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. At times they served dinners, and morning snacks as well.
The sub-series contains memos, brochures, schedules, reports, and menus.

The Delta Hotel-Sheraton Corporation Hotel Computer Training Laboratory
The Hospitality and Tourism Delta Hotels-Sheraton Corporation Hotel Computer Training Laboratory was officially opened on November 12, 1981. The laboratory's purpose was front of house hotel training furnished with an identical computer system used by medium and large hotel chains. The lab was located in the old business building at 285 Victoria Street.
The sub-series contains newsclippings, press releases, and objects related to the training lab.

Faces of our Future graduate directory is intended to be a human resources directory for potential employers in the Hospitality field. The directory has photographs, names, and contact information for each graduate from Ryerson's program.
Society of Hosts - Ryerson Chapter
The Society of Hosts was and international organization for students in Hotel and Hospitality programs. Ryerson had a chapter of the organization, and all of its Hotel (HRIA) and later Hospitality (HTM) students were members. The society does not appear to exist any longer.
The sub-series consists of correspondence and newsletters from Ryerson's chapter of Society of Hosts.
