Folder consits of 6 black and white photographs of the Berkeley Private Hospital in White Rock B.C. The architect was Fred Thorton Hollingsworth who designed and built the building in 1961. The photographs seem to have been for a 1965 issue of Canadian Architect magazine.

Item consists of a black poster featuring a printed page written by a friend about a man named Hughy, and his hospital experiences adhered to the poster board. Appears to be made for Kodak Museum display, to acompany one of the cameras, which was used to create the images on the poster.
