Registered Nursing certificate for Elsie K. Jones. Elsie K Jones graduated from Wellesley School of Nursing in 1925. She would return to the School in 1928 and work as the Assistant Director and the Director of the School between 1928-1963.
Nursing Papers was the publication of the School of Graduate Nurses at McGill University in Montreal. Contains 2 papers: "Profession or Union: Who Will Call the Shots?" by Joan M. Gilchrist; and "Learning the Concept: Nursing in Chronic Illness" by Margaret Hooton. Both authors were assistant professors in the school.

A medical reference book for nurses. Found in the pages of the book was a news clipping about a soldier's death, notes on a quinnine injection, and recipes from the Hospital for Sick Children. Wellesley Hospital participated in an affiliate program with Sick Kids hospital so its nurses could train in pediatric nursing.
Letter written to Louise Darche from Florence Nightingale. Louise Darche was the superintendent of The New York City Training School for Nurses from 1888-1898. The two met when Miss Darche travelled to London in 1893. In the letter Florence Nightingale references Henry Bonham Carter, her first cousin and Secretary of the Nightingale Fund. The photograph (RG 946.02.02.02) was also referenced in the letter and was sent by Mr. Bonham Carter to Miss Darche.
One copy of "Public Health Nursing in Canada - principles and practice" by Florence H. M. Emory, Associate Director of the School of Nursing at the University of Toronto. This textbook was the first one written in Canada on Public Health Nursing.
One copy of "Studies in Ethics for Nurses" by Charlotte A. Aikens, R. N. Inside the book is a piece of folded paper with a handwritten copy of the "Nightingale pledge" on one side and notes about ethics, and discipline on the other.
