File consists of draft and finalized labels for a display consisting of a naval gunsighting telescope and Mark III and IX compasses and their component parts. Includes photocopied images of the display. Mark III and IX compasses and naval gunsighting telescopes were produced by Canadian Kodak Co. during WWII.

Includes newspaper clippings related to individual staff member involvement; typescript lists of employees enlisted or killed in action; and an issue of Kodak magazine from October 1943 containing an annotated list of Canadian Kodak staff members who volunteered to fight.

Some reproductions annotated.

File contains records created in the production and publication of promotional photographs. Documents include: image captions for photographs of individuals, products, and war-related munitions work; picture files for photographs for the 1962 annual report; correspondence with external individuals requesting usage rights; correspondence regarding the Kodak commemorative stamp photographs, product images, and Kodak Ltd.'s coronation photographs; and photography release forms. Most records in file were unfortunately divorced from their accompanying photographs at some point during their life cycle.

Subjects of publications include: Kodak pioneers; Kodak Canada's Vancouver processing lab; Kodak's role in metropolitan Toronto; airshow photography; Kodak's relationship with Quebec; Kodak products, employees, and awards; antique cameras; Kodak's role in both World Wars; and nature photography.

Records pertaining to television, magazine, and web-based advertisements

File contains records related to the production of television, magazine, and web-based advertisements. Documents include: drafts of advertising copy and dialogue; graphic mock-ups and storyboards; market testing documents; notes and correspondence; and cost invoices. Most records were created by Canadian firm Baker Lovick Advertising between 1975 and 1977, but file also contains advertising copy from J. Walter Thompson of New York and promotional material from Toronto-based firm Rostrum International Inc. soliciting business from Kodak for its digital communications services.

File consists of records of Canadian Kodak's sales figures from 1900 to 1955. Most records delineate domestic, export and total sales. However, some contains sales figures for individual product lines. File includes sales recorded during World War II.
