Calendars contain information on a wide variety of topics including program curriculum, admissions, fees, financial assistance, and other topics students need to know about attending the school.
File contains information about the scholarship awards - the Elisabeth Flaws Memorial Scholarship, Elsie K. Jones Laventure memorial fund, Mrs. Herbert A. Bruce Memorial Scholarship, and the President's Bursary. Included are memos and an oversize poster listed award winners names.
The 75th anniversary of the founding of The Wellesley Hospital was celebrated with various events held over the summer of 1987. On June 7 The Wellesley had a SUNday at Woodbine Racetrack, raising $70,000 for the hospital. On July 11, 800 members of The Wellesley Hospital staff and their families had a picnic at Earl Bales Park. On August 27 there was a 75th anniversary Garden Party on the hospital grounds with a 1912 theme - the year the hospital officially opened. A plaque honouring hospital founder Dr. Herbert Bruce was unveiled. The file contains a 75th anniversary commemorative sticker, and a copy of the invitation sent to alumnae inviting them to the Garden Party.
The 60th anniversary of the founding of The Wellesley Hospital and The Wellesley Hospital Alumnae Association's celebrations were held September 6 - 8, 1972. Events included tours of the Hospital and a garden party on hospital grounds, class of 1972 graduation exercises, and dinner at the Royal York Hotel. File contains 2 souvenir booklets, 1 programme from the Diamond Anniversary banquet, correspondence regarding the events, and a b&w transparency of Helen Carruthers' (class of 1916) article from the souvenir booklet.

Events included a luncheon at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club, bridge and dance at the Royal York Hotel, a banquet at the King Edward Hotel, a reception at Government House hosted by Lieutenant-Governor Herbert Bruce (hospital founder), Class of 1937 graduation exercises, and a picnic and swimming at Dr. R. J. MacMillan's farm. The file includes one souvenir booklet, two reunion banquet programmes, and an invitation to the reception hosted by Herbert and Angela Bruce at Government House. There is also a 16mm film of the Hospital's Anniversary activities.

The Class of 1938 celebrated its 40th anniversary, and the class of 1968 celebrated their 10th anniversary at the dinner. Two of the photographs were published in the September 1978 Wellesley World magazine.

File contains photographs of Wellesley Alumnae being awarded the Elisabeth Flaws Memorial Scholarship of the Elsie K. Jones LaVenture memorial fund. The Elisabeth Flaws scholarship was available to alumnae members who are actively involved in the affairs of the Association and are taking post graduate studies in nursing at the degree level. The Elsie K. Jones fund was available to registered nurses on staff at the Wellesley for a minimum of one year and are taking short term course in graduate studies. This fund required a one year service commitment to the Wellesley are completing the course.

Two page typewritten letter from Jean Wood, secretary-treasurer of the Toronto Branch of the British Minesweepers Auxiliary. The letter thanks Grace Bolton and the Alumnae for the knitting they have done since Aug. 4, 1943, listing all the items contributed. It also thanks them for sending money to cover the wool provided by the auxiliary for the projects.
Letter from Lieutenant Nursing Sister E. Mary Stewart from the 7th Canadian General Hospital C.A.O.F (Canadian Army Occupation Force) C.A.O (Canadian Army Overseas) to Grace Bolton. The 7th Canadian General Hospital was near Bayeux, France and was established in July of 1944.
File contains the script and slides for a Introduction to the hospital slide show created by the Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Association. Also included are extra slides not used in the slide show and a movie version of the slide show on VHS tape and on DVD.
File contains 9 audiocassettes with interviews conducted by a Mary (Sandals) Caesar, class of 1965. She interviewed members of earlier graduating classes about their recollections of training and working as a nurse. Interviewees include Helen Carruthers, class of 1916; Gladys (Bateman) Steele, class of 1916; Florence (Stewart) Roberts, class of 1919; Isobel (MacGillivray) Carleton, class of 1919; Jessie (Campbell) Smith, class of 1919; Grace (Mitchell) Berry, class of 1927; Grace Bolton Farthing, class of 1933; and one class of 1925 graduate.
Ornate silver teapot and stand. The teapot has attached lid and filagree all over the body of the pot. Four arms on pot sides to rest it on the stand. Teapot stand has ornate supports and an opening in its base for a candle to keep the tea warm.
