File includes: photocopied photographs and ephemera related to a Kodak musical ensemble; a holiday chain letter; two photocopied images of the 'Six sigma green belt training program'; a photocopied page of a 1968 company newsletter listing births, deaths, and new arrivals; and records pertaining to the death of W. Bruce Poldon.

File consists of draft and finalized labels for a display consisting of a naval gunsighting telescope and Mark III and IX compasses and their component parts. Includes photocopied images of the display. Mark III and IX compasses and naval gunsighting telescopes were produced by Canadian Kodak Co. during WWII.

File contains correspondence, notes and drawings related to Kodak Canada's copper emulsion "making kettle," used in a dark room of Building #3 of Kodak Heights to produce photographic film emulsions.

File contains records related to the Kodak Heritage Collection and Museum's travelling exhibitions held at the Calgary Stampede and the Canadian National Exhibition in July and August 1999, as well as events at the Calgary Zoo, the Vancouver Aquarium, and the Tour de Montréal in October 1999. File includes: notes and correspondence; invitations; exhibition text; floorplans and other diagrams; photocopied images; installation views; and other ephemera. The content of the travelling exhibition was a redacted version of the Past Preserved, Future Defined exhibition installed at Kodak Heights in June of the same year.

File includes records used as reference materials for the Kodak Canada Heritage Collection and Museum and potentially by Corporate Communications. Includes photocopies of camera catalogues and inventories; articles on the history of York; timelines of photographic history; order forms for and information on photography reference books; and information on George Eastman House, Rochester. Because the Museum was closely associated with the Corporate Communications department, a similar file of Communication Reference Material was likely also consulted by employees of the Museum.
