Circular scrapbook containing photographs, clippings, and correspondence relating to Circle K people and events. The cover is made of plywood and stained. The Circle K insignia appears on the front cover.

International Theme & Emphasis Program

Two kits, containing various materials, distributed to Circle K chapters outlining areas of particular concern and suggested course of action. These kits include "Achieve Unity Through Service" and "Together For Tomorrow".

Special Events

Two files containing information on various fundraising activities sponsered by Circl K including casinos, swimathons, car rallies, and blood donor clinics. Also included is material relating to District conventions.

Submissions to be Considered for Awards

Students' Monthly School Calendars

Six school calendars produced by the Circle K Club and handed out to Ryerson students as a promotional item. These calendars highlighted important dates in the school year and contained information about the Circle K Club and its aims. Some related documents and correspondence concerning the calendars' cost.

Project Reports

File containing charitable projects undertaken by Ryerson's Circle K Club and how much was donated in each case. A notebook outlining possible projects for 1983 and the funding required. Related correspondence from Circle K International.

Club Monthly Report Forms

Outlines meetings held, attendance records, bank balances and activities planned. This form was submitted to the Governor and various other club officials of the Eastern Canada and Caribbean District.
