Emulsion kettle

Item is a 48 gallon copper kettle with a silver-plated liner. It was installed in building #3 of the Kodak Heights plant in 1915 for making photographic emulsion for black and white paper and was used until 1974. The kettle was used to make the first photographic emulsion produced in Canada and was referred to as the "making kettle".

Hospital for Sick Children cheque presentation

Toronto, Ontario Mr. Robert C. Kirk (left) Manager of Graphics Imaging Systems, Kodak Canada Inc., presents a cheque in the amount of $5,00 to Ms. Jane Hawtin from Radio Station CKFM who accepts it on behalf of the station's Childrens fund. In turn Ms. Hawtin gives the cheque to Mr. Claus Wirsig, President of the Hospital for Sick Childrens Foundation. Kodak window displays, Christmas 1965

File contains images of Kodak products piled as Christmas presents, such as the Instamatic M4 and the complete Super 8 home movie outfit, beneath a 'Season's Greetings' picture with hand drawn signs that have slogans like 'open me first' or 'gift idea'. Kodak Heights and Kodak Brampton aerial views

File contains many duplicates of two views of Kodak Canada Inc. Brampton location that appear to be from the 1980s. Also, there are a number of views of Kodak Heights that appear to be from the 1960s. Additional prints feature views of the Kodak Processing Laboratory. One print, featuring a painted image by H.H. Angus & Associates Ltd. (engineers) and Allward & Gouinlock (architect) is housed with a caption that reads: Canadian Kodak's new processing laboratory will be the second major building at the company's new 200-acre property near Brampton, Ontario. A final print is a contact sheet featuring images of employees sitting around a computer monitor.

A photographic album containing snapshot photographs of family gatherings, most appear to be in Ontario. Includes early photo-booth images as well as a variety of snapshots documenting family life and recreational activities throughout rural Ontario in the early twentieth century. The inside title page contains a handwritten inscription, "Earle G.[?] :omdsau, Christmas 1915."

Item is a box camera made for use with Kodak 120 film. It resembles a Kodak No. 2A Brownie, model B, but was made in Canada. Small hand held box style camera in classic leatherette casing. With leather strap on top.

No. 1A Pocket Kodak

Item is a folding camera for 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 in. exposure on A116 film. The Autographic feature allowed notes to be made on the film by scratching them into the film paper with a special stylus. A window opened in the back of the camera to expose the backing paper. Has a Kodak F-79 lens, black leather casing and bellows, metal clasps and slide.

Kodak Junior Six-16

Item is a medium folding camera made for use with 616 film rolls. with black casing, black leather bellows, and metal clasps. Although there are variations of this camera under the same name, built in Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, this Canadian made Kodak Junior Six-16 most resembles the American version, featuring a Kodak Anastigmat lens, a No. 1 Kodex shutter, and an octagonal art deco design on the lens face.

Item is an eyelevel rollfilm camera with medium sized flash, built of a black plastic body and metal fittings. Part of the Kodak Brownie Star series, the camera was also made in red, blue and white, as well as in a special rwo-tone version with a Coca-Cola logo.
