Palin Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation that operates the Ryerson Student Centre. Its governing structure is made-up of elected representatives from the two main on-campus Student Unions, the Ryerson Students’ Union (RSU) and the Continuing Education Students' Association at Ryerson (CESAR).
