Fonds consists of a file of photographic material and a sub-series "Unsorted Materials" containing minutes, correspondence and other materials related to his time as a Faculty representative on the Board of Governors and a member of the Executive Committee.

Photographs

File contains various photographs of Ron Shirtliff. The majority of the photographs are head shots, but two strips of negatives show a meeting around the boardroom table. One of the photographs was published in the FORUM magazine in 1976.

Unsorted materials

Series contains materials found piled on shelving units. No original order was apparent other than having come from the office of Ron Shirtliff. The materials are from his time as Faculty reprentative and member of the Executive Council of the Board of Governors.
