Ryerson Women's Association was created in the spring of 1977 with a broad goal of providing women with opportunities for personal growth and development. Membership was open to students, staff and faculty.

The Ryerson One Card Office was created in December 2002. The One Card was introduced as the university's official ID card for students, staff and faculty; it also served as a library card. The card has magnetic strips that track funds for food contracts, vending machines, and photocopying/printing services. In December 2005, the new Ryerson One Card replaced old Ryerson Photo ID cards and the Intercon Security Access Cards.
By the fall of 2008 the card has been referred to as the Ryerson OneCard. The Office has as its main location in the lower ground level of Jorgenson Hall in JOR02.

Ryerson Student Nutrition Action Committee
Ryerson Student Nutrition Action Committee (RSNAC) was established as a peer education group by students for students, staff and faculty around 2006. Initially RSNAC developed a healthy eating tutorial and worked with Food Services to distribute educational newsletters. While the acronym RSNAC was in use in newsletters since March 2007, a newsletter from Nov. 2006 used the variant name: Ryerson Nutrition Action Committee.
The fonds contains newsletters and a printout from the committee's website as created in 2006.
Office of Co-operative Education and Internship
Co-operative Education at Ryerson began in 1976 when Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry & Biology 4th year students were assigned to unpaid technical projects in government & industry two days a week. A formal co-op program and office was established in 1991. In 1997, the Office of Co-operative Education was established in its location at 101 Gerrard St. East under the direction of Dr. Easton to coordinate the expanding co-op activities in a number of departments at Ryerson. By 2011 when the Office celebrated its 20th anniversary, the program had been rebranded as Ryerson Co-operative Education.

Ryerson Taskforce on Anti-Racism
The Taskforce on Anti-Racism at Ryerson was established in the April of 2008. It was co-chaired by Eileen Antone from OISE-UT and Grace-Edward Galabuzi from Ryerson and membership included nine community members representing equally students, staff, and faculty. It issued a final report in January 2010.
The fonds contains backgroud e-mails, posters and publicity material and copies of the Final Report and the resonse by President Sheldon Levy.
Student Information and Advisement Centre
The Student Information and Advising Centre (SIAC) was created as a pilot project and opened in the fall of 2008 in POD144 adjacent to the Jorgenson Hall main entrance. The Centre was created as a one-stop information destination. The centre grew out of concerns raised in the President's Commission on Student Engagement and Experience. The centre morphed into the AskMeRU InfoDesk housed in POD-61 that provides quality information in regards to all things Ryerson. Its goal is to direct and connect students to the appropriate service or department for their needs.

First Year and Common Science Office
The First Year Common Science Office is an independent administrative unit that handles the academic and administrative responsibilities related to all first-year science student affairs (except Computer Science) and also provides support to all upper-year students in Contemporary Science. The purpose of the FYCSO is to help make students’ transitions from high school to university smooth, pleasant, and successful.

The First-Year and Common Engineering Office was created to help make students' transitions from secondary school to university smooth and successful. The team included an academic advisor, a counsellor and program co-ordinators.
The fonds consists of job vacancy advertisements posted between 7 July 2003 and 27 July 2010.
During the 1950s, convocation preparations were arranged by a Convocation Committee.
Academic Council assumed responsibility in the 1960s until the early 1980s, when the Information Services Department took over.
In November 1986, the Department of Community Relations was established, incorporating Information Services and thereby assuming the responsiblity of Convocation arrangements.
In 1990, the department of Development and Alumni Affairs was integrated with the department of Community Relations to form Development, Alumni and Community Relations.
Development, Alumni and Community Relations had a name change to University Advancement Office in December, 1996.
In 2007, administration of Convocation was moved from University Advancement to a new and separate department, the Office of Convocation and Awards, which also became responsible for many university-wide award ceremonies for students, faculty, and staff.
In November 2015 the office split forming the new Ceremonials Office and the awards section moving under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Registrar and renamed Student Awards and Scholarship. Please see the Office of the Registrar fonds for records pertaining to this new office as of November 2016.
The newly re-organized Ceremonials office is responsible for convocation; Presidential and Chancellor installations; Employee awards - teaching and education, scholarly, research and creative activity, and service and leadership; and service milestones - 25 year club.
The Ryerson Commerce Society (RCS) was officially created in 2003. It is a student-elected, student-run society representing all full-time undergraduate students attending the Ted Rogers School of Management. The RCS is also the umbrella organization for 29 student groups at the Ted Rogers School of Management. It annually hosts and supports various events and initiatives within the University community and around North America. The Society is comprised of a Board of Directors, consisting of nine directors and six executives.The directors represent the five schools at the Ted Rogers School of Management: Business Management, Information Technology Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Retail Management, and Accounting & Finance.

Ryerson Catholic Chaplaincy Centre (RCCC) was located at 64 McGill Street. The Centre had a website in 2009 but the URL was not functioning as of Jan. 2014, by which time the Ryerson Catholic Campus Ministry relocated to St. Michael's Cathedral, 200 Church Street.

The Modern Literature and Culture Research Centre was established in 2005. Its mandate is to research the literary and cultural production in the modernist era (from 1880 to 1940), to preserve and advance modernist women’s heritage and to promote modern Canadian heritage within an international context. Kodak Canada Corporate Archives and Heritage Collection
The Kodak Canada collection contains records and artifacts from the Kodak Heights manufacturing facility in Toronto, as well as the historical collection belonging to the Kodak Heritage Collection Museum. The collection consists of photographs, negatives, advertising records, magazines, pamphlets, daily record books, recipe books, cameras and other photographic equipment produced by Kodak Canada Inc., or other Kodak plants around the world. The collection includes a small selection of financial records, blueprints for Kodak facilities in Canada, and other corporate ephemera, as well as photographs of events, buildings and individual employees that illustrate the social life of the company.
