Also included is a photocopied letter to then-general manager of Canadian Kodak, John G. Palmer, from an officer of the 2nd Battalion regarding the transfer of J[ames] W. Spence from England to France. Spence was an active executive member of Canadian Kodak Co., Ltd., eventually acting as chairman of the board from 1955-1957.

File includes documents and correspondence sent from Eastman Kodak Company to Canadian Kodak Co., Ltd. in 1952 pertaining to plant procedures. Includes procedures for: purchasing, transferring, disposing and maintaining capital asset facilites; ordering maintenance repair; creating budgets; and others. Also includes blank forms pertaining to maintenance and construction timing and the creation of budget estimates.

Series includes notes, correspondence, ledger and account books, financial statements, reports, recipes and instructions, contracts and agreements, publication drafts and mock-ups, lists and inventories, and other manuscript, typescript, and computer-created textual materials produced by Kodak Canada employees, contractors, and correspondents.

File includes original contracts, dated December 28, 1938, and correspondence (1940-1964) between Canadian Kodak Co., Ltd. and Canadian Kodak Sales Limited. Contracts pertain to the sale and transfer of vending rights of Kodak products from Canadian Kodak Co. to Canadian Kodak Sales Limited. Correspondence pertain to the terms of the original agreements. Canadian Kodak Sales Ltd. was incorporated on December 1, 1938 and acted as the distributing agent of Kodak products in Canada, thereby limiting Canadian Kodak's role to one of strict manufacturing.
