Item consists of four identical posters, two in French and two in English. The poster features black and white images of a letter from the president of Kodak Canada Inc. celebrating the success of their manufacturing and supply operations, a Kodacolor roll of film, and of six Kodak employees. Writing at the bottom of the poster describes the accomplishments of the Kodak team and thanks them for their great performance in 1992.

Item consists of a black poster featuring a printed page written by a friend about a man named Hughy, and his hospital experiences adhered to the poster board. To the right of the page are adhered a photograph and a matching negative featuring an image of Hughy sitting in a three-wheeled vehicle. Beneath the photographic images is a short text stating that the images were made to resemble those made with a 1938 Kodak. Emulsion kettle

Item is a 48 gallon copper kettle with a silver-plated liner. It was installed in building #3 of the Kodak Heights plant in 1915 for making photographic emulsion for black and white paper and was used until 1974. The kettle was used to make the first photographic emulsion produced in Canada and was referred to as the "making kettle".

Correspondence between George Eastman and John G. Palmer

File contains correspondence between George Eastman and John G. Palmer between 1900 and 1904. Palmer was the treasurer of Canadian Kodak Co. Ltd., becoming the company's first president in 1918. Correspondence pertains to: the purchase of buildings on King Street; the purchase of the Stanley Dray Plate Co., J.G. Ramsey & Co., and D.H. Hogg & Co.; managerial titles; employee counts; and other miscellaneous topics. File also includes a list of photography companies in Toronto and Montreal and their 1903 annual sales. Included in this list is Wm. Notman & Son.

Miscellaneous records of Kenneth Winter

File contains miscellaneous corporate documents compiled or produced by Kenneth Winter. Winter was the secretary of Kodak Canada from 1960 to 1976 and became president and general manager in 1976. The records were likely related to the task of the corporate historian, though it is unclear whether Winter ever officially fulfilled this role. Documents include correspondence with the Eastman Kodak historian, overviews of Canadian Kodak's corporate history, corporate memos, excerpts from by-laws, a Kodak Milestones promotional pamphlet, and others. Series contains 24 photographic albums donated from Kodak Canada. Highlights include a series of 6 photograph albums documenting the construction of the first Kodak Heights buildings during the date range of 1913-1916 with indexes organizing the prints by building or site chronologically; these albums form a significant primary resource on industrial construction in the early 20th century.

Also included in the series are several family photograph albums spanning the range of 1920-1950 that portray recreational and family life in Southern Ontario as well as WWI subject matter; and a group of Kodak company albums documenting employee events, vacations, and social parties at Kodak.

Includes early photo-booth images as well as a variety of snapshots documenting family life and recreational activities throughout rural Ontario in the early twentieth century. Photographs and postcards are adhered to hole punched pages with typed text captions stating the name of the employee, the date, and location of the trip along with transcribed annotations from the employee's correspondence.

The binder also includes 1.25 cm of textual records in the form of reprographic copies of the binder's pages as well as a Print File Preserver containing loose photographs and miscellaneous correspondence materials.

Kodak Canada Inc. ground breaking ceremony

Item is an album of 6 colour photographs documenting a ground breaking ceremony held at Kodak Heights on July 21, 1986. The ceremony marked the beginning of a construction project that constituted part of the Toronto Expansion Program, in which Kodak Canada closed its Brampton manufacturing facilities and expanded Kodak Heights, the company's property at Eglinton Avenue and Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario. The ceremony was presided over by Ronald Morrison, then-president and general manager of Kodak Canada.
