Inscription reads, 'To have the honour of meeting His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales The Chairmen and Executive of the Citizens' Committee request the pleasure of the company of Misses Constance and Dorothy Orr at a Ball in the Windsor Hotel Montreal, on Thursday evening October the thirtieth nineteen hundred and nineteen at nine-thirty o'clock.'

The Éperon building was constructed to complement the existing historic architecture of the area, and was built to match the proportions of the Royal Insurance Company building that was previously on the site. The building matches the roof lines of the other structures on the Rue de la Commune, and the tower building (pictured) is an easily identifiable element in the museum complex.

Interior and exterior views of the building. This office building has a 'green roof', which reduces the amount of energy required to heat and cool the building. It also has an extensive shopping mall at the ground floor and an arboretum with a waterfall at the Queen Street entrance. The double-decker elevator cabs are found inside the atrium, which stretches the entire height of the building.

Series predominately consists of photographic reproductions of drawings or paintings, often on a cabinet card or carte de visite bases--these objects were mass produced for the commercial market using photography, but the original images were not photographic. Also included in this series are published photographic materials in the form of advertisements, books, and stereocards.

Eleven unmounted posters depicting stylized or graphic representations of Lenin's portrait. Some have communist slogans. One poster is quite small, with the slogan "Only the Soviet System is Really Able to Bestow Equality Upon the Nation". This poster has been removed to Box LN21.
