To a significant extent, Kodak Canada imported the corporate culture created by George Eastman at Eastman Kodak Company. This culture encouraged and supported employee participation in collective leisure activities, including participation in athletic and cultural clubs and events. Sub-series includes records pertaining to employee involvement in WWI and WWII, employee recognition events and annual meetings, and employee leisure and athletic activities.

Sub-series consists of records related to the construction, outfitting, maintenance and/or use of Kodak Canada's facilities in Toronto, Brampton, Montreal and Vancouver from roughly 1900 to 1987. Includes correspondence, contracts, notes, technical drawings, inventories, order forms, and other ephemera related to plant construction, particularly Kodak Canada's main manufacturing facility, Kodak Heights, at Eglinton Avenue and Weston Road in Toronto, Ontario. Ryer's Inn was organized and presented by students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program. It was modeled after the Cornell University event "Ezra Cornell Hotel". Its purpose was to show members of the Hospitality Industry what Ryerson's program had to offer by showcasing its' students. The event is completely organized and executed by student's in the program, with faculty supervision. It's inaugural night was held February 28, 1981.
Subseries consists of photographs taken at two events - 1981 and 1983.

Created in 1987, the Ryerson Business Forum is a student-run organization that is dedicated to enriching the learning experience at Ryerson. Under the guidance of faculty advisors, the Ryerson Business Forum directly exposes students to Canada's dynamic business environment. As of 2003, the Ryerson Business Forum falls under the umbrella of the Ryerson Commerce Society.

This subseries contains audio cassettes and textual records related to the Open College course: The Child and Society - A history of childhood and child welfare. (course code: COCR 923)
The course was developed as a professionally required course for a new part-time degree program, Child and Youth Care, inaugurated in 1990 and housed in Ryerson's Faculty of Community Services, School of Child and Youth Care. The course was developed by historian Desmond Glynn and based on extensive research into the records of the Ministry of Community Services, annual conference papers of the Ontario Children's Aid Society, and the historical collection of MA theses held by the School of Social Work, University of Toronto.
Textual records include transcriptions of source interviews used in the finished radio-based course. Audio cassettes in this file include finished production tapes of the actual broadcasted class and source interview audio cassettes..

The Delta Hotel-Sheraton Corporation Hotel Computer Training Laboratory
The Hospitality and Tourism Delta Hotels-Sheraton Corporation Hotel Computer Training Laboratory was officially opened on November 12, 1981. The laboratory's purpose was front of house hotel training furnished with an identical computer system used by medium and large hotel chains. The lab was located in the old business building at 285 Victoria Street.
The sub-series contains newsclippings, press releases, and objects related to the training lab.

Series contains 867 transparencies (previous indicated as colour reversals), from the Kodak Canada Corporate Archive. The collection spans the last half of the twentieth century, 1950-2000, and for the most part was used as a working collection for marketing and promotional purposes.
Transparencies are organized by the order created when processed in 2005. This arrangement was loosely based on the Kodak Canada's original organization of the files in their archives index. Files of transparencies organized by the Kodak Canada Archives Index associated with the collection have been kept together, with the individual file numbers and index titles referenced in the Notes field of each record.

Sub-series contains various parts of nursing uniforms worn by Wellesley School of Nursing students and staff. Included are female and male uniforms, bibs, aprons, caps, and capes. The majority of the items have been grouped by type (caps, bibs, aprons etc.) with some exceptions. The capes have been described as stand alone items because of their individual nature. Also three full uniforms (dress, bib, apron, cuffs, collars) have been grouped together because that is how they came into the Archives.
