The annual reports are distributed across three record groups - dependent on which department was responsible for their printing. Their organization is as follows:

After 1996 the university stopped publishing an annual report in this format.

Various CDs related to the Office of University Advancement

File contains various CDs related to the Office of University Advancement. Included are CDs containing photographs from the 2010 Gould Street Park Festival and photographs from the 2008 Press conference on the Government of Ontario investing in the Student Learning Centre. There is also a CD of the television coverage of when Peter Gilgan visited the athletic centre at the Gardens in 2011.

Ryerson family papers

File contains photographs taken of individual pages of the Ryerson Family papers that were donated to the Ryerson Archives in 1997. Also included in the file are photographs of Ryerson Archivist Claude Doucet looking throught the scrapbook. Photograph can be found in the Ryerson Magazine, Spring 1997.

Physical Plant staff (ROSOTF donation)

Oakham House - grand re-opening

COU New Confererence - student equivalency program

Alumni Awards ceremony

Graduates of Ryerson who have made achievements in different subject areas are honored. Plaques of the different honoraries are posted on the wall for alumni achievements.

United Way Pancake Breakfast

Dennis Mock, Vice President Academic and Michael Deswson, Vice President Faculty Affairs, served breakfact at Ryerson's second annual pancake breakfast for the United Way on October 9, 1998. From "Forum, October 26, 1998".

SuperBuild - Press Conference

February 2000 when Ryerson received money from the provincial government for its Superbuild initiative, the press conference was given by the Premier (Ernie Eves) and the President (Claude Lajeunesse).

Pebbles/Gretsky/The Bay Reception

PEBBLES - Providing Education by Building Learning Environments to Students. Wayne Greztky and in collaboration with The Bay presented Ryerson University with a cheque for $50,000.00 as part of the funding for the PEBBLES project.

Honorary Doctorate recipients

There were eight recipients who received honorary doctoral degrees for 1999 they were John Neville, Lorne Michaels, Cornelia Han Oberlander, Lionel Hurtubise, Frank McKenna, Beverly Mascoll, Jack Granatstein and Bev Salmon .

Convocation (Spring)

Convocation for the the Faculty of Applied Arts ( Fashion, Image Arts, Interior Design and Theatre) and Business Management. Arthur Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Solid Wear and James Cameron, Film maker were both awarded the Doctor of Laws.

December 6th Memorial Ceremony

A group of Ryerson staff, faculty and students memorializing December 6th in the Quad. A plaque accompanying the memorial sculpture was unveiled to remember the 14 women who were murdered at Montreal's Ecole Polytechnique on this date in 1989.

Open College - Staff: Friesen/Black

Cate Friesen the host of Absolutely Folk and Kai Black the host of Music without Borders were part of the programming on Saturdays from 12-3 pm on CJRT-FM. Coverage of their works were documented in Listeners Network (The Open College Newsletter)/Winter 1998 Vol.4 no.3.
