The cabinet card has an image of an un-named industrial building and streetscape; the envelope is printed with "The Barrie Glove & Knitting Co. Limited, Kitchener, Ont., Canada" and a rendering of the "Home of "Barrie" Products."

The card-mounted photographs are all studio portraits of unidentified individuals. The first of two cabinet cards is embossed with "Quartley", and the second is embossed with "Morton." Two Cartes de visites are printed on verso with "J.F. Rowe. A fifth card is identified as a "Gem" photo card, printed on verso with "R.W. Knorr" and an advertisement for the tiny Gem format.

This yellow paper photo album, "Mercury deluxe Album Snapshots", is printed in blue, and held by a blue plastic binder. The photographs show examples of early-20th century residential architecture, and are captioned "Santos (Brasil) 1950 new suburb" and "2nd house we lived in, in Cuba."

The photograph envelope is printed for the Owl Drug Store, of 336 Bloor St. West, and noted that the customer is "Mrs. Atwood, 23 Spadina." The negatives are of a woman wearing a white ensemble.

Photograph is of a woman sitting in front of a fireplace, with Redbook magazine open on her lap. The support for the image is a neon-red paper. On the lower right of the tan card mount is embossed the studio logo. On the verso is inscribed in green ink: "To Jessie, Wishing you many happy returns of the day. Violet. Jan. 1 1912."

The image is of two men, identified from their name tags as Tony Miller and Bill Hastings, discussing a Suzuki motorcycle.

Most of the photographs are undated snapshots of unidentified individuals and groups posed indoors and out, and images of farm animals, buildings, Niagara Falls and landscapes. Two photographs are dated on verso as "Sept. 1919", and "Jan. 1921." Four photographs are written in ink on verso "Jim Ross and Watson Matheson", "Catherine Ann (McFayden) Wallace", "Bolsover Sunday School Picnic", "Hugh McIntyre and family members."

Print is captioned "Motherhood." It depicts a woman in a white fur-trimmed robe holding an infant in a white blanket. On verso, the work is identified as a Glaxo Baby Book advertisement. The envelope is addressed, Canadian-stamped, and cancelled.

154 photographs affixed to 24 black paper pages, 11 loose prints--the album cover itself is absent. The photographs have primarily vernacular images: snapshots of individuals and small groups, individual and group portraits, vacation scenes. Captions and dates are in white pencil: "1929," "Pt. On a page entitled "Camp 1921" the prints have been typed on "Lake Couchiching." One loose print is written on verso "May 1963."
