This short film (9.5 minutes) was a student project - an instructional video for Image Arts students applying to University. It was partially filmed in the Ryerson Archives (Library room 387) on January 26, 2007.

Change School of Continuing Education and the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors program. The documentary tells eleven stories of people who are involved with the LIFE Institute and Programs for the 50+. Included in the documentary are stories about Geoff Arnold, Sharon Hampson, Dorothy Knight, Joan Lee, John Simke, Josephine Spencer, John Twomey, Kitty Wintrob, Charles Wright, and Marilyn Wright.
