File contains the Canadian edition of the book, "Looking for Anne: How Lucy Maud Montgomery Dreamed Up a Literary Classic," and the first American edition of the same book, "Looking for Anne of Green Gables: The Story of L.M. Montgomery and Her Literary Classic." Books were edited by Dr. Irene Gammel.
A national exhibition tour held first in Toronto travelled to Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Prince Edward Island. Accompanying the tour was a short audio visual, narrated by Dr. Irene Gammel, briefly describing the source of Montgomery's character, Anne Shirley. The 5 min. narrative consists of still images with voice over.
