William H. Dame operated a photography studio that was located at 373 Dovercourt Road, Toronto. From 1907-1909 he operated with his son, and the studio was coherently named William H. Dame & Son.

Item consists of a green card featuring a full body photograph of a young woman leaning against a bannister, wearing a white dress in the "S" curve style, and a large plumed hat. At bottom, embossed in a diamond, star and ribbon design, "DAME/ [illegible]/ TORONTO."

Fair. The image is torn at the upper left corner, the card has some darkened stain around the image. Cluster of small brown stains at upper right, partially on card and image.
