Item consists of brown, textured, hardcover, leather-bound album with decorative flower detailing on cover. Leather has worn off the spine. Pages are an off-white colour with decorative gold embossing and illustrative floral detail. Photographs slide in between two pieces of card that make each page and hold them in place.

Photographs are mostly portraits of one or two figures taken in studios across England, primarily around London, in towns and cities that include Brighton, Luton, Woburn, Tavistock, Bedford, Northampton and London. One photograph was made at J. C. Waler & Co. at 147 Yonge Street, Toronto.The address written inside the cover of the album is 61 High Street Ridgmont Bedford. Some notes and captions are written under and on the back of a few of the photographs in pencil and black ink. Inserted in the front page of the album are two loose pages with personal notes dated 1847 and 1881.

Item consists of a brown coloured cabinet with a cream coloured verso. Adhered to the recto is an image of a man, woman, and two young girls sitting in a cardboard prop of a late nineteenth-century automobile. An older woman leans against the hood of the vehicle. All are wearing hats. The backdrop to this studio setting features a landscape. Recto reads: "W. Lees / PHOTOGRAPHER (left) / 23 BATH ST. / PORTOBELLO. (right)" and the verso has "7.00" inscribed with graphite.

Item consists of a cream coloured card with brown letterpress at bottom, "W.N. Malby" and "68 EAST STREET,/ CHICHESTER." Photograph shows a group of five children in a drawing room setting, holding toys like a doll or domestic items like yarn. The two older girls wear spanish jackets that were very popular in the early 1890s, and the bot on the right wears a sailor style suit. On verso, in brown letterpress, an elaborate decorative border with the text "PATRONIZED BY H.R.H. PRINCE OF WALES K.C." and "PHOTOGRAPHED/ By/ W.N. Malby/ 68/ EAST STREET,/ CHICESTER./ ALL NEGATIVES PRESERVED FOR/ ADDITIONAL COPIES, ENLARGEMENTS,/ OIL PAINTINGS & OPAL PORTRAITS."

Item is a photographic reproduction of a painting by Louise Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun, titled 'Marie-Antoinette de Lorraine-Habsbourg, reine de France et ses enfants'. It is mounted to a cream coloured card featuring a blue decorative border with the letters 'ND' in the corners. Words on bottom of print read, 'Musee de Versailles - Marie-Antoinette et ses Enfants, par M - Vigée Le Brun'. Inscribed in pencil on verso, 'A Happy New Year - '.

Item is a beige cabinet card with brown letterpress at bottom, "W. Crooke/ 103 PRINCES STREET/ EDINBURGH." Photograph is of a mother and two daughters. The woman sits on the left, wears a tight jacket with lace sleeves and a narrow bonnet with crushed fabric decoration at brim and large silk bow tied under her neck. The older girl on the right wears a dark fabric, probably velvet, dress with lace collar and lace trimming on short sleeves. The infant on the mother's lap wears a lace dress and bonnet. Only the infant looks toward the camera.

Items depict family from Prague posing, often with dogs. Come with a note. Purchased in 1992.

File consists of an album with the words "scrapbook" written on the front in red and blue letters. On the cover there is a picture of a boy sitting at a desk with a crown counting coins. In the room around him are pictures of a knight fighting an ogre; a picture of two hunters, and a fireplace with a clock on the mantle beside a mounted horse figurine, some books. and a calendar. The pages are plain off-white in colour and have articles and photographs glued in, along with many loose clippings and photos spread throughout.
Scrapbook contains images and newspaper articles about the Lambert and Fellows families, including wedding and death announcements.

Accompanying loose materials include: postcards, photoengravure reproduction, pen and ink drawing, photographs - mounted and unmounted, newspaper articles.
