Kodak law enforcement workshop ruler

Grey plastic 16cm ruler with "Kodak Law Enforcement Workshop" printed on the back. Rochester's Eastman Kodak company began running a Law Enforcement Workshop in it's Marketing Education Centre in 1954. Law enforcement officials would learn the application of photography for law encforcement including basic printing and processing, surveillance hardware and techniques, cime laboratory techniques, motoin picture and radiography applications.

Item is a beige cabinet card with black letterpress at bottom edge, "Turner & Drinkwater/ 8, Regents Terrace/ Hull." Photograph is a portrait of a man leaning against a chair with his right hand in his pocket. He wears a checked suitjacket and matching waistcoat with plain trousers. There is a thin piece of glassine tissue attached at the top of the card that folds over the front of the card. The tissue has a design lithographed on it with the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales above the text "TURNER & DRINKWATER/ THE STUDIO ROYAL, HULL./ NO. 8/ REGENT'S TERRACE." On verso, black text printed sideways, "Photographers to Their Royal Highnesses/ The Prince & Princess of Wales,/ Duke of Edinburgh and/ Duke of Cambridge". Handwritten in pencil at the lower left corner, "43825".

Konica MT-9

Three MT series cameras, the MT-7, MT-9, and MT-11, were introduced in 1986 by Konica. The MT-9 was more advanced to operate than the MT-7 but simpler than the MT-11. It has an autofocus 35mm lens (f/3.5, Tessar-style 4 elements in 3 groups) and automatic exposure system with shutter speeds ranging from 1/10 to 1/500 seconds. It has a manually activated pop-up flash and a motorwind film advance system.
In Japan, the MT series cameras were sold by Konica as the Multi 7, 8 and 9.

C.P. Stirn's patent photographic concealed vest cameras...

Illustrated catalogue of various patented cameras and camera equipment available through C.P. Stirn's company, giving descriptions and price lists. Cover design is printed in black ink, shows a woman holding C.P. Stirn's patented vest camera. Various other cameras and slide apparatus are also shown. Back cover advertises a panoramic camera called "The Wonder", producing pictures 18 inches long. The catalogue is a reproduction.

Kodak promotional panoramic mountain view

File contains a panoramic mountain view. Enclosed with the print is a caption that reads: "A panoramic vista snapped with the new Kodak Stretch 35 camera. A great travelling companion!" The Stretch 35 was a 35 mm single-use camera loaded with 12 frames of Kodacolor Gold 200. It was manufactured during 1989.

Kodak commercial advertising photographs

Commerical photographs: one still life of a tea set, one advertising a fisher price camera for children - the image is of three children (two boys and a girl) and a note with the photograph reads "Put a camera in the hands of children and sharpen your own view of the world. The Fisher-Price camera was designed for younsters in the five-to-eight-year-old group". Four are head shots of a young man wth a mohawk. Two are of Grey Line red double decker buses with Kodak advertising on the side of the buses. Two are studio shots of Kodak cameras with boxes of Kodak film. One is of men in the middle of a soccer game, this photograph includes a note that reads "Participants in the 1986 Kodak 'Run for the Money' color reporduction contest will be working from this colorful sports action photo in their attempts to accurately reproduce the image for the ninth annual Kodak 'Run for the Money." Other images are still lifes of coloured umbrellas, chalk, and casino lights taken at night. As well as two commercial 'beauty' shots of two women.
