2 copies of an oversized poster made by blowing up a letter written by Terrence Grier to All Members of the Ryerson Community on May 20, 1993: "It is my great pleasure to inform you that Bill 1, an Act to Amend the Ryerson Polytechnical Institute act, 1977, and the Universities Foundations Act, 1992, received its third and final reading in the Legislature on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 18th. Following the formality of royal assent and proclamation, we will be Ryerson Polytechnic University in fact and law. As a result, our 1993 graduands will be the first to receive degrees, diplomas and certificates bearing the new university designation at spring convocation ceremonies, June 16-18. In the meantime, may I extend my sincere appreciation to all of you for helping to make this historic occasion possible. A series of promotional materials designed and produced in three formats: posters, booklets, and brochures. The publication also has general University information published on the backpage.

Included in the file is correspondence regarding staffing, hotel school in Columbo, Sri Lanka, a name tag and conference materials for the Society of Industrial Accountants of Canada golden anniversary conference, and a letter from Charles Temple to the Ryerson Community regarding his leaving Ryerson to work with Hotel School in Jamaica for Ryerson and C.I.D.A.
