Palmer became the treasurer of Canadian Kodak Co., Ltd., in 1899 and the company's first president in 1918. The latter two contracts, originally dated October 13, 1917 and January 1, 1923, detail the employment contract made between photographic emulsion maker, Eben J. Quigley, and Eastman Kodak Company.
