Below the three wreaths is what looks to be a sprocket. On verso, is an unidentifiable piece of machinery in relief.

Commemorative bronze medal, shows a portrait of a woman and man in relief. The woman is Lenin's mother, Maria Aleksandrovna Ulyanov and the man is Ilya Nikolayevich Ulyanov. Their names are written on verso. On recto, Lenin and his siblings are depicted in portraits and their names: Anna, Aleksandr, Vladimir, Olga, Dmitriy and Maria Ulyanov.
