Item is a piece of pressed paper hung on a black background behind red and blue mats in a black frame. The pressing reads: "[Dufferin Children's Fund Car Rally logo] / oomanac / Corporate Challenge". A brass plaque mounted to the base of the blue mat is engraved with the words: "CORPORATE CHALLENGE WINNER / 2ND ANNUAL / DUFFFERIN CHILDREN'S CAR RALLY / SEPTEMBER 21, 1996 / ORANGEVILLE ON".

The full lineage of internal publications for Kodak Canada employees ran as follows: At Kodak Heights was succeeded by Kodak in 1936. In 1955, the name was changed to Canadian Kodakery. In 1975, the name was changed again to Kodak Canada News. In 1986, this publication was succeeded by In Focus; and in 1994, the name changed again to its final title, Kodakery Canada.

In addition to five regular issues, file includes: one issue (Jul. 31, 1958) with the title Kodakery: a newspaper for the men and women of Kodak; two special issues (Spring 1996[?] and Sept. 2005) and two issues specifically for retirees (Jan. 26, 2000 and Dec. 2004).

Item is a binder with printed reference material for Kodak salesmen to refer to when discussing Kodak products and equipment with customers. The preface page states: "This manual is provided to help the saleman answer the technical questions asked by his customers. These questions cover a wide field both in the theory and practice of photography. Photographic knowledge has become so vast that it is impossible to carry all the pertinent information in one's mind, so this manual is now provided as a ready reference. It may be used in the presence of the customer." Item was designed to be added to over time. Includes correspondence related to the Eastman Photographic Course for Salesmen, as well as two letter from John W. McFarlane, Eastman Kodak editor of the reference manual. Item likely belonged to W.H. Davis, before being passed onto W. Bruce Poldon.

File contains scripts of addresses delivered by Kodak Canada president and general manager, Ronald C. Morrison, in 1988 and 1992. Addresses include: "KCI 1988 management report" delivered on March 10, 1988; "Kodak Canada analysts presentation" delivered at the annual general meeting on May 11, 1988"; and "New compacts for Canadian competitiveness" delivered on March 25, 1992. Records related to travelling exhibitions

File contains records related to the Kodak Heritage Collection and Museum's travelling exhibitions held at the Calgary Stampede and the Canadian National Exhibition in July and August 1999, as well as events at the Calgary Zoo, the Vancouver Aquarium, and the Tour de Montréal in October 1999. File includes: notes and correspondence; invitations; exhibition text; floorplans and other diagrams; photocopied images; installation views; and other ephemera. The content of the travelling exhibition was a redacted version of the Past Preserved, Future Defined exhibition installed at Kodak Heights in June of the same year.

Canadian Kodak Sales Ltd. was incorporated on December 1, 1938 and acted as the distributing agent of Kodak products in Canada, thereby limiting Canadian Kodak Co.'s role to one of strict manufacturing.
