The portrait of the boy is cut into an oval (measuring approx. 5 x 7 cm) and has a small even white border. The oval photograph is pasted onto a black piece of card measuring 9.25 x 13.25 cm. It is an example of one of Kodak's short attempt at instant film, prior to the loss of a patent infringement case with Polaroid in which Kodak was ordered to cease production of any instant film related products.
