Annual reports and financial statements

Files contain copies of the annual report and audited financial statements for Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.
The annual reports are distributed across three record groups - dependent on which department was responsible for their printing. Their organization is as follows:

After 1996 the university stopped publishing an annual report in this format.

Alumni achievement awards and wall of recognition

On the occasion of its 50th Anniversary in 1998, Ryerson Polytechnic University established the Ryerson Alumni Achievement Awards to pay tribute to alumni who have excelled in their respective careers and who have made a significant contribution to their profession, their community and their country.

Alumni Association Executive Committee and Board of Directors minutes

From 1951 to 1969 the Alumni Association was managed by an Executive Council and committee. In the Fall of 1969 the Association changed direction and established a Board of Directors consisting of the Presidents and Vice-Presidents of all accredited course and regional associations or their delegates. Documents indicate that an Executive Committee still existed within the newly created Board, although now playing a supporting role.

Admissions Student Nominal Rolls

The series contains copies of student nominal rolls with each student's respective program RIT enrolment and/or secondary school or place of residence prior to admission to Ryerson Institute of Technology during the years of 1952, 1954, 1956, 1961 and 1962.

Series contains administrative type materials related to the Hospitality department. Included are class and faculty lists, new student orientation materials, an office stamp, departmental sign stencil, job postings, memos, correspondence and other materials related to the running of the department.

File contains Academic Standards Committee meeting agenda and minutes, Academic Council agendas, Academic Standards Committee reports, proposals, and correspondence. Series has been divided by year. Some committee materials are located in the Senate fonds, but for the most part the committee's file were previously stored by School and Department.

Academic Documents

This series contains course outlines, syllabi, and course examination material for various Department of English classes from the years of 1946 to 2010. Information regarding what courses would teach, what texts they would require students to read, and various administrative information, such as how long a class would run for, are contained in this series of documents.

329 Church Street architectural pieces

Series consists of two architectural pieces, a wood mantlepiece and a stained glass window, removed from 329 Church Street before its demolition to make way for Ryerson's Architecture Building.

2014 donation

Series contains records, photographs, and audio visual materials donated to the Ryerson Archives by Robert Scott in 2014.

2006 donated materials from William Glassman

Series contains materials collected and donated by William Glassman for the Ryerson Archives.
Records have been left in their original arrangement with the exception of the RFA-BOG Collective Agreeements, which have been seperated and added to their respective RG group (RG 91.10).
