Brown leather cover with inset star surrounded by gold embossed patterns and blue beads. Spine also has embossed design and letters- "Photographs." Two gold clasps decorated with gold ribbons and rings. Inside cover has pink and gold pattern. Title page and index page included. White pages with window openings and gold borders. Page edges gilded and embossed. Some hand tinting on tintypes.
Item consists of two black and white photographs of a man and a woman with a baby. In each photograph, they hold the baby individually. They appear to be on the front porch of a brick house. The man is wearing a suit and the woman is wearing a long dark dress.
[Family on the Rocks and in the Water]
Item consists of seven sepiatoned black and white photographs of what appears to be a family at a beach. Three of the photographs show a man in a swimsuit with a young girl and boy in swimsuits. They are sitting and standing in shallow water. One photograph depicts a woman sitting on a large rock with a young girl. Another shows the woman on the rocks alone. The sixth photograph is of four girls in dresses and hats standing on a large rock. The seventh photograph is of a woman standing on a rocky beach with a hat beside her and a building and trees behind her. There is a small white border surround each image, and on the back of each photograph is written in pencil "998a".
Item consists of two black and white photographs of a woman lifting a baby out of a wicker baby carriage. The woman and carriage are on a walkway to the front of a house. There are some flowers in the background. The carriage is posed diagonally, baby and woman are looking at each other. The photos appear to be developed and fixed improperly, as there are liquid markings and fingerprints on the prints. The two images are identical but flipped and cropped differently. One is lighter than the other. On the back of each photograph is handwritten in black pen "Baby Rer. 6 wks."
Item consists of a black and white photograph of a woman sitting beside a baby on some grass. Beside them is a wicker chair with a light coloured pillow and a wicker baby carriage. They appear to be sitting in the back yard of a home. There is an uneven white border surrounding the image. On the back of the photograph is handwritten "August 9th 1914".
Brown suede cover slip with some sort of faded decorative drawing; slipped over maroon hard-cover. Grey pages. Some photograph peeling away from pages; protective paper inserted between pages. A few lose photographs. Many pages left blank.
Themes include portraits, horse-drawn carriages, landscapes, waterscapes.
Includes a photograph of B. Heyman Furniture Co. in Phoenix, Arizona while located at the Anderson building on the northwest corner of Washington and 1st Street. The Anderson Building was built in 1888 and lasted until the 1980's. Also includes a photograph of Davidson's Cash Store, believed to be in Phoenix, Arizona c. 1902.
World War 2 recovery centre and family photography album with stereoscopic viewer
Item is a cardboard boxed filled with 54 stereoscopic images. Item comes with one handheld, compact, metal accordion fold black stereoscope. This object was used to view two nearly identical photographs, or stereographs, as one three dimensional image. The stereograph would be placed in the sliding card holder and adjusted to fit the user's vision until the two images overlap to mimic a three-dimensional effect. Images are vernacular photographs sent to A.P. Manners Ltd. to develop, print, and then return images to photographers. Written by previous owners on a small yellow post-it-note : recoverying from W.W. II English Military Sectary.

There are 2 different poses, one in which Lenin faces the camera smiling, the second where Lenin is leaning an arm over the back of a chair. "V. I. Lenin" is written on both posters, beneath the photographs. They were produced in Moscow.

Small card posters printed with a photographic image of a young Lenin and his younger sister Olga. This photograph was taken by photographer E. L. Zhakrzhevskaya in 1874. Beneath the photograph it reads: Volodya Ulyanov with sister Olga. It was produced in Moscow.
Two pairs of photographs originally grouped together. Two photographs are of a girl seated on a miniature chaise longue in front of garden wall, and two photographs are of the interior of Canterbury Cathedral. The cathedral photographs have both been written on verso in pencil "Canterbury Cathedral," and individually in ink, "Presbytery and Archbishop Bourchier's Tomb" and "Effigy of the Black Prince from his Tomb."

Item consists of brown, textured, hardcover, leather-bound album with decorative flower detailing on cover. Leather has worn off the spine. Pages are an off-white colour with decorative gold embossing and illustrative floral detail. Photographs slide in between two pieces of card that make each page and hold them in place.
Photographs are mostly portraits of one or two figures taken in studios across England, primarily around London, in towns and cities that include Brighton, Luton, Woburn, Tavistock, Bedford, Northampton and London. One photograph was made at J. C. Waler & Co. at 147 Yonge Street, Toronto.The address written inside the cover of the album is 61 High Street Ridgmont Bedford. Some notes and captions are written under and on the back of a few of the photographs in pencil and black ink. Inserted in the front page of the album are two loose pages with personal notes dated 1847 and 1881.
